Job Number

  • Familiarity or quick-study in utilizing the CPCMS system;
  • Processes all Superior Court cases and provides timely docketing and recording of all Notices of Appeals, 1925(b), Orders for Concise Statements, and Concise Statements and Opinions from presiding Judges;
  • Prepares all documents for transport to Superior Court upon receipt of Opinion by Common Pleas Judge;
  • Processes all Supreme and Federal District Court requests and necessary paperwork supplied to said Courts;
  • Prepare State DC300s and forward to correctional facilities;
  • Prepares ARD Set-up;
  • Entering dispositions;
  • Assessing costs;
  • Setting up payment plans;
  • Process DL restorations and PennDOT documentation;
  • Enter Civil Judgements;
  • Case file docketing as needed;
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills;
  • Well organized and detail-oriented problem solver;
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in working in Criminal Justice or Court related fields;
  • High-level accuracy in typing for data entry;
  • High-level computer skills;
  • High School diploma, or equivalency.
