NOTE; FOR THIS ROLE, YOU MUST BE ABLE TTO WORK FROM OUR CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS IN MASON, OHIO 2-3 DAYS PER WEEK.

What you will be doing:


* Developing an onboarding structure for all Worldpay Executives from offer acceptance to first month activities.

*Working closely with executive candidates before and after onboarding to ensure a smooth transition into Worldpay culture and processes.
* Monitoring all details of each executive onboarding experience and tweaking the process accordingly.
* Diagrams and evaluates existing processes.
* Organizes, leads and facilitates cross-functional project teams.
* Develops metrics that provide data for process measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities.
* Recommends and facilitates quality improvement efforts.
* Collects data to identify root cause of problems.
* Measures performance against process requirements.
* Aligns improvement to performance shortfalls.
* Other related duties assigned as needed.

What you bring:


* Broad knowledge of onboarding business practices and processes
* Requires highest level understanding of the People Office business systems and industry requirements
* An executive presence. You are comfortable interacting with various personalities from various parts of the world and able to be at ease.

In-depth knowledge of financial services industry practices, regulations and processes
* Basic knowledge of one or more end-to-end systems development life cycles, i.e., waterfall, iterative and other modern approaches to software development and conversion methodologies
* Advanced proficiency in at least one appropriate process methodology, e.g., ISO, Lean, Six Sigma
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization, e.g., executive, management, individual contributors
* Excellent training/presentation skills to educate the organization on new or updated processes

Added bonus if you have:

*Fintech experience

*HR experience, such as recruiting or onboarding

*Payments experience

*A history of working closely with executive and C-level persons
* Ability to persuade and influence others on the best approach to take
