In this position, you will conduct troubleshooting, analysis, and repair for the Electrification Installation Products medium voltage equipment in the US and other selected countries. You will deliver superior, professional service, remotely or on-site. Your hands-on experience and knowledge of customer needs will help you not only to build strong customer relationships, but also to actively identify and develop new business opportunities.

Your responsibilities

  • Providing remote or on-site technical analysis and repair of equipment for customers
  • Troubleshooting potential equipment failures and proactively taking measures to offset/prevent and inform internal partners
  • Coordinating logistics of resources and spare parts for all site Service jobs
  • Suggesting product and process improvements within the business to enhance operations and customer service
  • Exceeding customer expectations by appreciating and anticipating current and potential needs
Your background

  • 5+ years of experience in troubleshooting and repairing medium voltage electromechanical equipment as repair technician strongly preferred.
  • A vocational technical school certificate is preferred.
  • Sound knowledge of and hands-on experience in repairing, servicing, maintaining, commissioning medium voltage electromechanical equipment.
  • Knowledge of MS Office Products
  • Ability to travel within the US and other selected countries up to 30%.
  • A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills.
