Warehouse Maintenance Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Warehouse Maintenance Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall upkeep of our warehouse facility to support an environment that exceeds cleanliness standards and expectations.

SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm (5x8's), with the occasional weekend work

PAY RATE: $20 - $22 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning and sanitizing warehouse areas, equipment, and machinery.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any safety hazards, such as spills, debris, or damaged equipment.
  • Assist in the implementation of safety protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment and report any shortages or maintenance issues to management.
  • Collaborate with warehouse staff to coordinate maintenance activities and minimize disruptions to daily operations.
  • Support special projects and initiatives as needed, including facility renovations or equipment installations.

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects (50 lbs. minimum) and perform physical tasks as required.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Preferred:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in warehouse maintenance or related field.
