Your Team, Your Impact

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to help our organization scale and grow as our company grows. This is a Director level role with direct reports both inside and outside the U.S. This hire will be a working member of the executive leadership team for one of our businesses, partnering with closely with the EVP and his staff and key stakeholders to advise, drive strategy and influence leaders on issues involving people strategy, engagement and retention, talent development and coaching, organizational design & development, change leadership, and solutions design. This role reports directly to the VP, HR Business Partners but is a dotted-line report to the business EVP. The individual will partner closely with COEs, HRBPs and global teams to identify, design and implement HR initiatives that support the business needs of the organization.

Through tight business alignment and partnership, the HR Business Partners translate business plans into clear talent, engagement and organization strategies that provide tangible value to the business.

The ideal candidate is interested in making a significant impact in the functions; excels in an extremely fast paced, ever changing environment; and is looking to join a strong, collaborative HR Business Partner team. The candidate will need to be exceptionally well organized, detailed, into the business and able to proactively assess the organizations and act, while informing and involving the appropriate stakeholders. This is a global managerial role and requires travel outside the U.S..

Responsibilities

  • Partner with organization's leaders to foster a culture of attracting, developing, and retaining a diverse community of exceptional talent
  • Provide insights to leadership teams and drive people solutions and strategies that support achievement of the overall strategy and objectives
  • Act as a change agent as the business continues to evolve in a fast-paced, dynamic growth environment
  • Partner with COE's and regional HR teams to deliver seamless human resources processes and programs across the organization. Leverage existing HR programs, policies, processes, and systems while providing input and suggestions for continuous improvement.
  • Engage in strong talent management practices to ensure that business leaders know their talent and support their growth, leading to a higher level of employee engagement and retention
  • Work with Talent Acquisition to build a strong talent pipeline for future roles
  • Work with leaders on the optimal organization structure and design that enables the achievement of business objectives
  • Focus on the organizations' "health" by looking at team dynamics as well as trends in employee satisfaction, attrition, diversity, workforce demographics, etc. and drive solutions that improve the organization
  • Demonstrate proficiency in and partnership with other functional areas of Human Resources.
  • Advocate for diversity, equity and inclusion, knowing it drives better business outcomes

What We're Looking For

  • Director Level: Bachelor's degree plus a minimum of 10+ years of related HRBP experience & HRBP people management experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 8+ years of related HRBP experience & HRBP people management experience.
  • Ability (and desire) to travel internationally approximately 10% to 15% of the time
  • High degree of maturity and demonstrated ability to deal with highly confidential and sensitive data
  • Experienced people manager with a track record of developing and retaining talent
  • Demonstrated track record of developing effective relationships across all levels of the organization and with diverse client groups.
  • Strong business acumen. Semiconductor industry experience is a plus.
  • Experience managing projects and hitting deadlines, making organization out of chaos, ability to multi-task
  • Demonstrated ability to drive initiatives through the organization and influence decision makers at all levels.
  • Ability to be proactive, to anticipate and provide alternatives and options to the business.
  • Ability to diagnose and successfully handle organizational development issues.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; must be an articulate and persuasive communicator.
  • Excellent interpersonal, group, process, and influence skills.
  • Ability to prepare and make senior level presentations, and build a narrative based on collection and analysis of data. Must have knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to conduct group facilitation, and coach and counsel management at all levels.
  • Experience in leadership development and being a trusted advisor to Sr Leader level.
  • Ability to partner with various COEs to build an equality strategy and other key initiatives for the organization you partner with
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to work with both onsite and distributed teams effectively.
  • Knowledge of federal, state and local laws, statutes, etc. which govern employment policies and practices.
  • Knowledge of staffing and compensation strategies, practices and processes.
  • Ability and desire to operate with a high degree of flexibility
  • Experience with Mergers and Acquisitions, particularly on the integration side
  • Demonstrated flexibility in delivering programs on an accelerated timeline

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)

158,060 - 236,800, $ per annum

The successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
