I. THE COMPANY:

Triton leases its fleet of containers to virtually all of the world's largest shipping lines under a variety of short-term and long-term leasing structures designed to help the shipping lines finance their growth improve their operating efficiency and better balance their global trade flows. Triton operates its business through 20 offices in 16 countries, and services its customers through a network of around 600 third party operated depot facilities spread across 66 countries.

II. FUNCTIONAL SUMMARY:
This position will be responsible for supporting Business Development activities and will work closely with the SVP, Business Development to identify and execute on opportunities to expand the global capabilities of Triton. Working in close partnership with the commercial teams around the world, they will support new projects from idea-stage to completion across a wide range of areas. This will include corporate strategy work, new business and product line assessments, financial modeling, research, and developing presentations to support identifying and executing strategic initiatives to drive Triton's continuous improvement.

Qualified candidates will have a strong track record of supporting transactions across a range of business development areas such as establishing new partnerships, completing bolt-on
acquisitions and managing product extensions.

The expected base salary range for this role is from $80,000-$130,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, location and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
