Meets established departmental productivity standards of Visits/Procedures and coverage of call patients as needed. Comprehensively evaluates and develops functional goal driven treatment plans considering the patient?s age, educational level, family support, and cultural and psychosocial issues. Completes all written documentation in accordance with departmental policy and procedure for timeliness, format, and content. Collaborates with the PTA / ATC to ensure that the established treatment plan is carried out, that the patient is progressing toward discharge, and that periodic reassessment and treatment modification occurs when indicated by patient status. Accurately completes specific departmental delegated duties in a timely manner.
